Mall of Georgia & More Easter Bunnies!

Well, we spent the afternoon this past week at Mall of Georgia. We had fun shopping for new phone cases, the kids wanted to get t-shirts from Hollister and I of course hit up Ann Taylor Loft (my favorite). I seriously could buy that whole store if someone let me and wanted to fund it of course! LOL! Anyhow, we saw the Easter Bunny again. My nephew Tucker has been terrified of ANYTHING dressed up in a costume his whole life, so this was all for him. He actually sat on the Easter Bunny after we convinced him it was a man in a suit and that he was not mean or angry. Tucker said, "He's Happy?" On the first try, Tucker said, "Not a chance." Then the bunny came up to him and he burried his head in April's shoulders. Then finally the bunny got him to look at him and gave him a High Five.....That was the trick. Tucker smiled and then went to sit on the bunny for the first time and did not scream. I would show you a pic, but the cheapest package was $22 for one pic.....What? Anyways, he bunny came to get Hayes and he sat on his lap again. This was a different one since we were at a different mall than the last pics we got on his lap when he cried. I managed to sneak a pic on my camera. While Hayes did not cry this time, he definitely did not like him. I have to say that this bunny was way cuter though than the one at North Point.

Passion City Church (Good Friday Service)

What an amazing night! Once again, Louie Giglio and the bands from Passion Conferences (Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Christy Nockles, Kristian Stanfill) were amazing. Money was being raised throughout the night to benefit the rebuild of Haiti, hence my t-shirt. Their were 10,000 people there and the goal was to raise $80,000 and they came out somewhere in the ballpark of $190,000!!! WOW! The Dunnehoo's, Ma Ma Airhart and Tori's boyfriend, Ryan came with us and we met up with Lacey and Blake Owen. They are a couple that we are close to from small group at NPCC. We had a blast, even if our seats were not that great. We got their early thinking we were gonna score some great seats, NOT, everyone else had the same idea. Atleast we got seats though, even if they were 3rd from the back. We did not want Ma Ma to have to rough it in the grass for 4 hours.

Happy Easter Everyone!

We had a wonderful Easter this year. We spent time with family and enjoyed reflecting on our savior!!! This year was extra special because it was Hayes' FIRST one! The Easter Bunny was very good to him. He came to Mommy and Daddy's house and Mimmie & Papaw's. What a nice bunny. The Dunnehoo's were in town with Ma Maw Airhart for most of the week and we enjoyed their visit. We went to Mall of Georgia and Passion City Church's Good Friday Service. What a great week.
